Workster LLC is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to bring innovative ideas to life while ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the development lifecycle
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and software architecture
